2.4 Account Closure
A user may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. vs98 may also close an account for the reasons described below:

- Providing false information or concealing identity.
- Extended periods of inactivity on the account.
- A self-exclusion request.
Financial Transactions & Payments
3.1 Deposits
The following mobile banking methods can be used to deposit funds on vs98: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly.
3.2 Withdrawals
The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After successful verification, the withdrawal process is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Currency
All transactions on vs98 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A user's account balance will always be displayed in Taka.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on vs98 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳14,000 gives a ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, claiming bonuses using another person's details, or using bonuses in any manipulative way will result in vs98 cancelling all bonuses on that account and reserving the right to permanently close it.
4.4 VIP Program
The vs98 VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
VIP tier advancement is determined based on a user's activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback terms are set by vs98 and are subject to change.
User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
5.1 Permitted Use
vs98 users may only use the platform for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
